The common or common monopoly refers to the anti-competitive behavior of enterprises, usually an oligopoly, to ensure monopoly benefits for companies as a group. In essence, the common monopoly requires some kind of agreement, but it is still a formal cartel. Therefore, it is similar to tacit agreements. In a common monopoly, companies may not compete for the same customers and have local monopolies.
